[movies]''The Garry Moore Show" - Misc episode of unknown date
In this fragment from "The Garry Moore Show" (the series seems to survive as fragments only), there is an absurd amount of advertising for Gro-Pup, a song, and a comedic poem.

[movies]''Six O'Clock Rock'' - Unknown partial episode
Warning: the streaming version of this show comes up with a blank screen. So if you want to see it, you'll have to download it and hope it works, which it sometimes doesn't. Australian pop/rock music show that ran from 1959 to 1962. The best-known host had left the show, so Tanya Halesworth and Chet Clark host it instead. There is the usual teen pop from artists like Bryan Davies (very popular in the 60s), but this episode strays from the usual format to allow Hal Wayne (host of "Café Continen...

[movies]Fragment from ''Arthur Godfrey Time''
A fragment from an episode of "Arthur Godfrey Time". This excerpt, I think, is all I have of the episode. It is a 1950s talk show, and there's a bit of discussion of the hit Broadway musical "The Music Man". Encoding is below my usual standards, as my usual DVD ripper wouldn't rip it properly so I had to use an inferior ripper.

[movies]''The Hollywood Palace'' - 18 October 1969
Warning: despite the lack of copyright notice, I imagine this REALLY cannot be uploaded to YouTube nor used in projects. After all, it features Diana Ross, The Jackson 5 and other big names. The music, which seems to be lip-synced, is still copyrighted though the show itself is probably PD. A great show, highlighted by Diana Ross and Sammy Davis Jr doing a song-and-dance together.

[movies]Classic Commercials for Defunct Products, Part 6
Commercials for discontinued products. These ads are drawn from the adviews section. I downloaded a bunch of ads from that section, and decided to put together a video of some of the ones I found particularly interesting. You may ask, "why bother?". But isn't it nice to have 27 minutes of defunct products in a single ready-to-view video?

[movies]CD-i games - Matthew Paul Argall
I was bored, so today I put together this video showing 10 different video games for the CD-i, a multimedia system released by Philips. The system was sold from 1991 to 1997, and there were also models by other companies like Goldstar and Sony. The games shown here range from "pretty good" to "really lame". I'm not sure what purpose this video serves, but I already had recorded the footage for YouTube so I thought I'd upload it in some form to IA...
